This is a developmental league, which means that all decisions made regarding the management of this league will be guided by what is best for the development of the players participating.
1. Each player will shoot two freethrows before the game begins and that will be added to the scoreboard before the game begins.
2. Players foul out with four personal fouls.
3. Shooting fouls will result in the player fouled shooting one freethrow which will count as two points if made.
4. The clock will stop for all infractions, as they do in a regulation game.
5. Quarters will be six minutes long.
6. Each coach will have one timeout per quarter to use with no carry-over.
